Founded in 1982, CANES Community Care is a Not-For-Profit organization that provides a variety of Care Services for seniors living in their own homes, providing emotional and social support, while helping them take part in the life of their community.

CANES Delivers 515 Hot Meals to Clients in the Community

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who was involved in delivering hot Swiss Chalet meals to our clients in their homes this past week. We delivered 515 meals, and about 73 gift hampers to clients in Transitional Care.
