Founded in 1982, CANES Community Care is a Not-For-Profit organization that provides a variety of Care Services for seniors living in their own homes, providing emotional and social support, while helping them take part in the life of their community.

For the fourth consecutive accreditation cycle, CANES Community Care has been recognized by Accreditation Canada as a fully accredited health care organization and awarded the highest distinction possible: Exemplary Standing.
