Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration Program Turned out to be a Great Success!
At CANES Head Office near the airport – January 27 – 31, 2020
Given all the work that has been done to date by multiple stakeholders to complete OHT full applications we thought it would be opportune to bring Dr. Sam Kaner and his associate Nelly Noakes up to Toronto from San Francisco.
Sam and Nelly are internationally recognized experts in the field of Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration. They have perfected a process that consisted of:
- Designing a Collaborative Strategy
- Learning the many building blocks of Collaborative Architecture
- Learning how to use Design Principles and Tools that will enable you to develop your own Collaborative Strategies
- Learning and practicing the Partnership Skills that will enable you to co-design and co-develop those strategies
Some clients they have worked with include March of Dimes, NATO, Special Olympics, Stanford University and more than 250 NGOs, foundations and community-based organizations around the world.
It was a Great Success. We now look forward to implementing our learned strategies to practice in the upcoming year.
