What we do.
Ride Connect provides transportation to and from Etobicoke, Brampton, Malton, Mississauga-Halton, Oakville, and Woodbridge areas.
Our client base is primarily seniors and clients with disabilities. We specialize in Dialysis and Adult Day programs rides. We also provide rides to medical appointments and social events depending on capacity of the programs.

Provide outstanding support and care services that enhance the lives of our clients, enabling them to remain home and in their community.
Any senior ages 55+ are eligible for this service. If the client is travelling with a caregiver or has disability, there is no extra charge for the trip.
• Clients need to book their rides 4 days in advance to their appointments.
• Rides can be accommodated between 10:30am to 3:00pm
• Calling to book a ride DOES NOT guarantee a ride is scheduled.
• Clients will be informed 48 hrs before if the booked ride can be accommodated.
• When new clients give us a call, they will be assessed on the phone and this process will take 15 minutes. *Please note, most recent notice of assessment is needed.
• All cancellations will require the client to notify the office as soon as possible prior to the ride.
Cancellations:
Cancellations and “No-shows” will be charged the equivalent of a one-way ride if not cancelled 24hrs in advance. Please notify us as soon as you know that you no longer require the ride; this will enable us to offer a ride to another client.
